Hello friends today i would like to introduce how to prepare crispy dosa batter.
Ingredients:
Rice 2 Cups
Urad dal 1 cup
Menthi seeds 1 spoon
Procedure:
Soak rice, urad daland menthi seeds over night and grind in the morning as fine paste. Keep lid wait until evening then prepare dosa.

ReplyDeleteTo avoid wait time for fermentation, you could add a small marble size tamarind pulp and grind the batter and you can use it instantly.
ReplyDeleteWe have been using tamarind for a while and dosa's turned out so well.
ha or else you can use yeast for good fermentation
